Keeping your skills current in this rapidly expanding field not only inspires confidence and establishes you as a professional leader; it helps ensure your patients receive a quality of care unmatched in the industry. Medtronic Navigation is dedicated to providing you with a variety of training options that keep you ahead of the technology curve.

Empowering Course Work

Recognizing that everyone learns differently, we offer a diverse range of training courses taught by some of the most experienced facilitators in the field. Our courses, which can be taken on-site at your facility, at our contact hours-accredited training center, or self-paced via CD-ROM and the internet, are regularly updated to expand your knowledge and capabilities using the latest navigation and imaging systems, software and instrumentation.

Empowering Programs®

In addition to single classes, we also offer Empowering Programs® - custom training programs consisting of eight unique courses for surgeons, surgical staff and biomedical engineers. These programs, which are geared toward each specific student audience, offer a comprehensive training solution that covers all of the important skills and technologies involved in navigation and intra-operative imaging.

No matter which course or program you choose, we keep our class sizes small so that you receive ample hands-on learning and the personal attention you deserve.

Earn Contact Hours!

Medtronic Navigation was the first navigation provider to offer contact hours or continuing education units (CEUs) to nurses attending training through the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation. We are expanding the credits to radiology technologists in 2007 and investigating continual educational credits for surgeons.
